Resolution Health Support Worker
REPORTS TO: Holistic Health Team Lead
STATUS: Full Time- Term
LOCATION: Deschambault Lake, Sask.

Reporting directly to the Holistic Health Manager and Community Health Director the successful candidate will be responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of the Indian Residential School Resolution Health Support Program.
Qualifications:
- Training in Human Services or Administration and/or significant work experience demonstrating the capacity to fulfil the responsibilities noted above.
- Successful criminal records check and child abuse records check
- A minimum of three work related references
- Ability to speak Cree, as translation is required
- Must have a Valid Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

- Maintain confidentiality;
- Must have good verbal/written communication skills;
- Must be able to work independently;
- Must be able to travel extensively (Driver’s license and own transportation required);
- Must submit Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Check, Driver’s Abstract and proof of full covid vaccination.
