Position Overview and Responsibilities

The receptionist will be responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of the overall organization’s administration. They perform duties related to coordinating office communication such as greeting and screening visitors, answering and referring inbound telephone calls, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail. Provide additional support to other program departments by performing duties such as filing and data entry.

 

Qualifications

· Office Education certificate and/or work-related experience;

· Strong computer skills;

· Ability to work under pressure;

· Good interactive and social skills;

· Good organizational skills;

· Ability to speak Cree is an asset;

· Self-motivated and able to work independently;

· Must have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills;

· Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s license;

· Current Satisfactory Criminal Record Clearance & Vulnerable Sector Check.
